Drop Shipment Program

On your behalf VPI will drop ship directly to your patient who can receive:

• Packing list (provided by you) of products
• Marketing materials; brochures, envelopes etc.
• Eocene Reports packaged in box

Orders can be sent by fax to 321-267-5582 or emailed to orders@valueprovidersinc.com. All orders received by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day, orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders will be shipped using USPS.

When sending any orders by fax, please provide a cover letter listing the names of your customers referencing their corresponding order number. If sending your order by emails please provide the same documention stated above within the body of the email or an accompanying document.

All tracking numbers for orders sent will be emailed to you the following business day. Any shipping errors that were the fault of VPI will be reshipped at our expense. Any packages that are returned and are deemed to be the fault of the customer will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

The shipping charge is:

• $9.00 per shipment for all reorder of products that weigh two (2) pounds or less
• $11.00 per shipment for all initial orders that weigh three (3) pounds or less
• Shipment includes:
  • Shipping and Handling
  • Customer Packing Slip Packed (if provided)
  • Tracking Numbers Provided
• Additional fee will be charged for:
  • Every pound over 2 lbs. for re-orders
  • Every pound over 3 lbs. for initial orders
    • $1.00 per pound will be charged
  • Marketing literature
    • Call for quote
  • Upgraded Shipping

VPI will not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. Any requests not mentioned above can most likely be accommodated, contact your representative to see if there would be an additional cost.
