The Eocene System is a comprehensive disease management system specializing in the monitoring of patients with Diabetes. The Remote Home Companion collects data from devices such as Glucometers, BP Cuffs and scales and displays the data from these devices in ways that enable you and your healthcare providers to better manage your disease.
